PD Dr. Stefan Heim Appointed Adjunct Professor

JARA-BRAIN scientist PD Dr. Stefan Heim was presented his certificate of appointment as adjunct professor at RWTH Aachen University on 11 February 2014. Stefan Heim holds a PhD in psychology and has been a lecturer and research scientist at University Hospital Aachen’s Department of Psychiatry, Psychotherapy and Psychosomatics since 2009, with a focus on the neurocognition of language. Prof. Dr. Heim is the deputy director of the bachelor’s and master’s programmes in speech therapy at RWTH Aachen University. As part of the Jülich Aachen Research Alliance (JARA), he is also associated with the Institute of Neuroscience and Medicine (INM-1) at Forschungszentrum Jülich, where he heads the neurolinguistics group.
