Prof. Dr. Dirk Feldmeyer Appointed to Wellcome Trust Peer Review College

Prof. Dr. Dirk Feldmeyer has recently been appointed a member in the Wellcome Trust Peer Review College. The JARA-BRAIN scientist will act as a reviewer for the Wellcome Trust, initially for a period of three years. Dirk Feldmeyer is a researcher at the Institute of Neuroscience and Medicine (INM-2) at Forschungszentrum Jülich.
He also heads the working group “Functionality of Cortical Circuits” at University Hospital Aachen’s Department of Psychiatry, Psychotherapy and Psychosomatics. The Wellcome Trust is an international organization dedicated to achieving improvements in human and animal health. One of its priorities is brain research.
