Since 2012, scientists at RWTH Aachen University and Forschungszentrum Jülich have been using the JARA-HPC partition to carry out interdisciplinary research projects. More than 50 of these projects are currently being processed using the computing capacity of the JARA-HPC partition. One of these projects is "Cosmic-Ray Physics with the AMS Experiment on the International Space Station" by JARA-HPC member Prof. Dr. Stefan Schael.
