7th International Conference on Fuel Science

For the seventh time, the international conference on Fuel Science will take place in Aachen's Eurogress. Originating from the excellence cluster Tailor-Made Fuels from Biomass, the congress will be hosted this year for the first time by the newly established excellence cluster The Fuel Science Center.

Advanced Battery Power 2019

As part of the Battery Conference 2019, the symposium "Advanced Battery Power" will take place on 03 and 04 April. For the eleventh time, the conference offers a platform for scientists, developers and engineers who are active along the entire value chain of batteries. In lectures, parallel sessions and exhibitions, all aspects of battery research, development and the use of batteries will be outlined. JARA-ENERGY Director Prof. Dirk-Uwe Sauer will introduce the conference on April 3rd.

Battery Day 2019

For the fifth time, the Battery Day NRW will take place in Aachen's Eurogress at the beginning of April. JARA-ENERGY Director Prof. Dirk-Uwe Sauer opens the Battery Day. The event provides an overview of the current battery technology and application of active companies and institutions in NRW. Participants will also have the opportunity to visit an exhibition of various projects and take part in a guided tour of the Institute of Power Electronics and Electrical Drives (ISEA) at RWTH Aachen University.
The event is organized by the Haus der Technik (HDT) together with the clusters EnergieForschung.NRW, EnergieRegion.NRW and NanoMikroWerkstoffePhotonik.NRW.
