JARA-FIT practical course nanoelectronics

A goal of the practical course is it to advance students to current research topics from nano-electronics. Addressees are students of physics, electro-technology orcomputer science, chemistry and the material sciences after the Vordiplom/Bachelor.






As part of a cooperation project between RWTH Aachen University and Forschungszentrum Jülich (JARA), a new database was created, that provides comprehensive overview of the main research areas in energy of the two institutions.
