Career development for female natural science and engineering researchers

The cooperation project of the Jülich Aachen Research Alliance (JARA) and the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) supports female doctoral and post-doctoral young researchers in the natural sciences and engineering on the way to a leadership position in science and industry.

The human resources program supports women in developing potential and the active conduct of their academic or professional career.

The program is completed by a multifaceted training program to career relevant topics and regular network meetings.
